Plan prices apply to regularly maintained standard residential properties within the included size and service allowances. Initial restoration, heavily overgrown lawns, excessive weeds, large hedges, difficult access, excessive waste and work outside the stated inclusions may incur additional charges and will be quoted before work proceeds. Watering uses the customer's available water supply. Product applications are subject to suitability, product directions and seasonal conditions. Included fertiliser/product quantities are limited to the applicable plan allowance. Services that are described as quarterly or seasonal are provided at the applicable scheduled interval and are not included with every fortnightly visit.
